Beautiful African doll with sleepy eyes

Doll has sleepy eyes. Underwear is glued on and necklace also glued at back of neck. Dress has no openings for removal the ruffle around the neck is a little dirty. She appears to be a vintage doll but cannot find a year on her. She’s a gorgeous doll.
