Beautiful Blue floor length dress petite

Length 57” (floor length on a 5.7” individual), Bust 27.5”, Waist 30” Shoulders 18” (slightly stretchy material in both bust and waist area to accommodate for more if needed). The skirt or flowy part of the dress is made up of two layers. This dress has only been worn once at a graduation party. The dress will be dry cleaned before it is sent to you so it is perfectly clean!
