Beautiful Carved Stone Box

In awesome condition. Beautiful elephant carving. Very heavy, hard and durable...so I don't believe it is soapstone, perhaps marble? Not 100% sure. Perfect little trinket box, or small jewelry box. A few scratches scuffs on the bottom, and what look like cracks, on the side and inside...but they don't feel like cracks, could be the nature of the stone. Small box measures 3" × 4"
