Beautiful Cocktail Dress

NWT! Minor Piling on chest (both sides and were present on the same dresses available for sale when purchased). I had intended on wearing at a wedding, but decided to choose another dress. Dress has padding. The colour is more green than Grey or Blue. The finish is silky. I wish I had somewhere to wear this!! Size Xxs from Le Chateau
