Dressed up or as beach wear! Perfect dress to take on vacation - then wear all summer! Elastic inserted into neckline, one tier of ruffles at the hem- seen in the runways! modeluxe1 @jessica_dwyer hi! So, from the shoulder, near neck edge , to hem it is about 36" long- if you pulled it off the shoulders it will fall a bit lower. If you need it to be shorter, I can alter it for $5!

modeluxe1 I am not sure if you can see the other messages?, but it is 36" long- from the shoulder/neck edge - if you pull it down over the shoulders it would hang a bit lower

modeluxe1 Hi! FINALLY! So I measured it under the arms/bust - across - it is about 30" - which means 60" total- maybe 64" because of the elastic at the neck I could not get the fabric totally flat. This the about the same all the way down- waist slightly tapers - maybe 3" total all around. The length is 32" from front neck to hem. I think it will fit you fine! The "natural" shoulder line across is about 17"to 18" but that is SO flex due to the style. Thanks!
