Beautiful Cotton Tunic in Cream with Lace at V-Neck

A little bit of gathering at neckline and a wide hem with pockets makes this piece even more special. The cuffs are about 4" across measured flat. See photos for other approximate measures. The stitches have come a bit loose in one of the cuffs. I tied it off and it's holding and not really noticeable unless you look for it. I got this from an online European sample sale source I had in the early 2000s.
