Beautiful Emerald Green Skirt

Beautiful emerald green Piccadilly skirt. Very comfortable, wash and wear fabric. The skirt is also lined. Size small 28” waist. The waist is elastic so it has some stretch if needed. Flattering length at 27.5” long. See photo of me wearing it. I’m 5’4”. The color is hard to capture in photos but is a true green/emerald color (see photo of me wearing it).
