Beautiful Navy Floral Shift Dress

Perf for work, summer or spring. Navy floral shift dress with baggy flattering sleeves. Never worn but tag taken off. Would fit size 6 or small 8 well. (I’m a size 8 and it’s a little tight at bust, I’m also 5,6” and it comes like half a foot above my knees)
