Beautiful Samuel Dong navy gown with red and gold roses. Size S but fits large (19” pit to pit; 16” waist but can be cinched tighter with belt). Lots of fabric flares out beautifully in high-low skirt portion. Feel like a princess or a queen! Very royal vibes. Excellent condition, only worn twice (one wedding, one gala).
