Beautiful Tiered Kate Spade Cotton Poplin White Summer Dress 0/XS

Fits true to size, not see through. High quality Cotton Poplin. Please see photo for small smudge on side. Hard to see in pleats, I have not try to wash it or dry clean it. I imagine it will come out with some love. It has not been worn, only tried on, likely touched or rubbed by something. I considered the smudge when pricing. Approximately a $400 dress originally.
