Beautiful embroidery and fabric in great shape From the measurements I believe this fits medium MEDIUM : 40" chest, 44" hip Side slits come up very high so can not be worn as a dress. No brand, fabric tags on shirt. Would look beautiful over jeans or leggings. #lagenlook
