Beautiful Vintage Midi Dress

This dress has been sitting in my closet too long and it just doesn’t fit me the way I want it to so now it is up for grabs!! Currently at my parents so If you want better pics I’ll do it next time I am there. It’s so cute and sweet for summer. I would say fits ans xs best. My waist was 27-28 in this pics and it was definetly too tight and in the bust as well which I think I’m a 34c and yea too tight. Beautiful full skirt with button up front. Midi length. I am 5’9 so would be more tea length for someone shorter which I think would be way cuter I also have a super long chest area which is why the cups look kinda funny. Cause they don’t sit in the right place. The straps are not adjustable I don’t think
