Beautiful Vintage Retro Nine West Sleeveless Neck-Tie Blouse. Size small. Has cool geometric lime green, black and white design. Long tie you can leave hanging, tie loose or tie a bow. Feels like silk but is an easy care polyester. Measures approximately 19” pit to pit. There is a light pull on the fabric inside on the backside, but it’s hard to see on the outside back.
