Beautiful Wall Plate with Intricate Lace

The Centre of this plate is real handmade lace that has been fused into the middle of the plate. The intricate work is surrounded by an equally interesting design that gives it a Celtic feel. Approx 8” across. No makers mark but I do know it came from Wales. Plate is over 50 years old.
