Beautiful XL floral sleeveless top

Reitmans brand - 100% rayon material with a navy background and a multi coloured floral pattern in greys, light green and cream. This top has a thin elastic gathered bottom that can be worn out or tucked in. A more blousy fit - Measures 19" across the chest, roughly 24" long. Small ruffle around the neck and shoulders with a 3 small button closer that could be worn open or closed. Top does have a slight capped style shoulder. Great top to wear to work or could be worn as a more casual look with with a pair of shorts!
