Beautiful and Floaty Cotton Summer Dress

Melissa Nepton is a Canadian designer. Her "Arina" dress is lined in very thin cotton lawn and the aqua and white watercolour print is equally light weight. It has tiers and flouncy sleeves, and is perfect for a hot day. Only worn once. On sale on her website now for $88. It is marked as small but I am usually a medium and it is loose on me. That is the style, which can be belted, as in the photo.
