Beautiful black beaded headband

Measures 18 inches around but is elastic so can stretch quite a bit. Little beads have a glow to them. The thicker part is 2 inches. The thinner which goes around the back is one inch. Can be worn around the top of the head for an art deco look . In very good condition condition.
