Beautiful black dress with cutouts and a detailed embroidered chiffon overlay.

Dress is from Guess, size zero. This fit me when I was a size 2. The cutouts are well placed along the rib cage. It is lined to above the knee and has a beautiful kerchief hem. Dress is gorgeous, I never got to wear it. I hope someone here snatches it up. It still has the tags!
