Beautiful black polka-dot blouse

This blouse was purchased at Penningtons and was hardly worn. It's a lovely light weight crepe with crinkles so it never needs ironing. The bottom and sleeves are trimmed in black lace. Length of garment - 28 inches sleeve length - 6 1/2 inches bust across front - 25 inches with lots of stretch
