Beautiful blue dress in size S

Bought for myself but it is too small. It is a stunning piece! Very stylish and edgy. Can be worn as an off the shoulder on one side. Beautiful sequin detailing on one shoulder. Wear with tights or skinny black leather pants, or wear alone. Length from sequin shoulder to hemline is 33” It’s difficult to get a measurement on this dress because it hangs lower on one side and it’s like a dolman style sleeve on the right side of it. Material is very stretchy. Inside tag is coming off.
