Beautiful blue military dress jacket with lace and tails! Size 14

Hearts & Roses deep blue velveteen jacket with tails, elastic ribbon lacing on back and lace trim on neckline and cuffs. Military-look button closures, fully lined. Truly beautiful piece; only worn once as the sleeves were too long for me. Looks great with a white ruffled neck blouse.
