Beautiful dress

A beautiful soft dress with a stretchy. velvety fabric and the lace around the top does my flat against your skin it just flips down when it’s hanging like that. Cute flowered details on the straps that are adjustable. Really beautiful on! No material or washing tag but I washed it on delicate and hung out to dry. Picture does not do this dress justice.
