Beautiful dress with cape to match.

Gorgeous dress you can wear with or without the cape. Wore it once to my daughters wedding. No tags because it was altered to fit and wide straps changed to spaghetti ones. Pit to pit is 18”, Hips 20”. Knee length. Material is silky and the color is royal blue.
