Beautiful fall dress by Loft. NWT

perfect fall color dress. comes with lovely tie around belt but could be paired with different colored belts. I see it with a black belt and tall black boots. ptp is 19 but keep in mind it's a pull over dress so the bottom is a bit smaller. I think it could nicely fit a small-medium
