Beautiful feminine short dress or blouse

Size small. 100% cotton with a rayon liner. It's perfect for summer as it's light and airy. Could be worn as a blouse over jeans or leggings but believe it is a short baby doll type dress. Light like linen with button detail in front and pretty frilly sleeves. It also has a drawstring waist. Very cute .
