Beautiful floral skirt 🌺

Reposhing this absolutely beautiful, sophisticated skirt from Express because it is too small for me. I would say it fits smaller than a 12, but please see measurements. Only flaw is a small pen mark which you can barely see unless you get up super close. Zipper and clasp work perfectly.
