Beautiful, flowy and floral - Isaac Mizrahi NYC elbow sleeve wrap maxi dress

Beautiful maxi dress by Isaac Mizrahi NYC. Navy blue with a hydrangea floral print in bright blue/white. Crossover front with snap closure and v neckline. Wrap design/cut with sash tie at the waist. Elbow length sleeves with elastic ruffled cuffs. The skirt is so amazing on this dress--it is a high-low hem and crosses over/wraps around the hips/thighs but then flows open at the lower legs. It just floats and flutters so beautifully. The front of the bodice and the skirt are fully lined/opaque. Excellent used condition. Colour is most true in the photo of the dress on the model and in the first photo of the actual dress. Size small. 17.25” bust, 12” waist (can probably be tied smaller), 15.5” hips, 56” length (at the longest, in the back).
