Beautiful flowy dress

Joe Fresh. I don’t normally post JF but this is a great dress (too big for me now) and the pattern is really nice. It appears that I cut the tags off. I’m guessing it is polyester, maybe some rayon. Has a tie if needed, otherwise I often wore without the tie under a navy blazer.
