Beautiful green cotton dress imported from Peru.

Never worn green cotton dress. No tags. 48 inches long waste is expandible – I was told it’s a one size size fits all. I am typically a size 8 and fits fine. I believe it could go up a couple more sizes or down a couple more sizes.
