dakota84mtl @trotter02 Hi there, No it’s not scratchy, it’s quite soft. I think it’s wool but since it’s handmade there isn’t a tag on the inside. My mother-in-law purchased in on a ski trip in Switzerland for my son. When I received it came with a care card that just said to wash in cold water and lay to dry.
