Beautiful hand painted tapestry with tassels

One of the first pieces of art I bought myself. Hand painted on canvas with a woven backing. I had it hung on a small curtain rod which is not included. Backed with a woven material, which is what the tassels and curtain rod pocket are made of. Was made in china or Southeast Asia and not sure what the headdress meaning is. Just doesn’t match my decor anymore. It’s a bit creased but should straighten out from hanging. Just over 27.5 inches wide and just over 31.5 inches tall including the curtain rod pocket. The tassels add another 4.5 inches.
