Beautiful paisley off the shoulder dress in size L

This dress is so cute. Has a nice paisley design to the fabric. Frill at hemline. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Wearing a belt with it makes a big difference. I must have worn this dress once and it is in excellent condition.
