a beautiful crinkly purple skirt with an amazing bustle detailing on the back gorgeous layering under the bustle, pictures don't do it justice! skirt has no stretch and is fitted at waist. it is generously cut for the rest of the skirt waist is 15 inches across no size listed, so based on waist measurement, I would guess a medium, or likely an 8 or 10
