Beautiful purple maxi velvet dress with sparkly flowers

This dress is beautiful! Long and shows all curves. Great for parties or special occasions. Has a long slit in the back and sparkly flowers on the back as well as the front of the dress. Has a small mark on the fabric as shown in picture and a tiny rip where the zipper is but that can be fixed. Does not have any tags, so not sure what the size is. It looks like it might be handmade and in my opinion it looks like a size small. Absolutely no stretch to fabric
