Beautiful royal blue H&M blouse

Women’s blouse size 8 (fits more like a 6) in excellent condition. Approximately 17.5 pit to pit, length 25.5 and waist 17. I wish this still fit me because it is such a beautiful top and I use to always get compliments. I hope this fits you!
