g_marigliano @joanneennjoa Hello! Measured flat, the waist is 19.5 inches for each the front and the back section. Hips 23.25 inches measured flat Length is 21.5 inches. There’s an elastic at the waist and the underskirt is made of a stretchy jersey. It has a mesh overskirt where sequins are applied. I hope this helps! 🙂
