Beautiful silver like sparkly engagement ring

This ring is absolutely stunning and sparkly. Has a pear shaped design and tiny sparkly stones around the Center stone. All stones seem to be intact. I don’t see a stamp that indicates whether the ring is silver or not. However I have had this ring for a few years and it has not tarnished at all. Not sure what size it is but it fits my ring finger which I know is 5.5
