amversp @d4tura It is a bit imprecise to measure because the top of the dress is elastic, and the mid-section has an adjustable ribbon/waist. Without stretching the elastic at the top, the measurement is 14.5”. Without tightening or stretching the waist, the ribbon/waist is 15”
