Beautiful stretchy fitted sexy dress fits approximately size 12 forever 21

This dress is so beautiful. such a vibrant blue and stretchy and comfortable and sexy all at the same time. The color is blue but almost like a purple. very beautiful! forever 21 fit small. I would say it would fit a 9 to 11 figure perfectly. It's in like new condition. I only wore it once or twice. Sadly it no longer fits me!
