Beautiful striped cowl neck sweater dress

This is a cute dress. Pairs nicely with tall boots. Beautiful cowl neck style. Wore a couple times. Very light pilling in the fabric. Inside tag is ripped on one side. I am not sure what the fabric is or the size, the label on the inside is faded so I have provided measurement in the picture.Length is about 33”. There are loops so you can wear it with a belt. You can also wear a long sleeve top under. The red is much darker than it shows in the pictures. The last few pictures shows the true colour. No fabric tag on inside.
