Beautiful striped off the shoulder dress.

This is such a cute dress to wear on vacation. Can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. Has cute crochet trim at the edge of the frill and at hemline. Bought for myself but I found it a little too loose in the armpit area. Fabric has a slight tee shirt feel to it. There are no tags on the inside do not sure what the brand is or what the fabric it is, also no size provided. Pit to pit 17.5” can stretch to 19.5” Length 30.5”
