This dress is so pretty and feminine in a beautiful blue bell colour with tiny red dots on the white flowers. The front of the dress has a nice open slit, but does not reveal too much. The dress has an elastic waist. This dress has never been worn! Pit pit 20” Waist 15” Overall length 49”
