Beautiful vintage mesh v-neck elbow length sleeved blouse

I love this beautiful blouse but the chest area is too tight on me. I’m a size D so it should fit a B and smaller. The shirt is see through except for the chest. It is tight fitting and elegant. Has flower and striped details.
