Beautiful v-neck puffy sleeve white blouse with black dots

This is one of those pieces that the dress form does not do justice! This lightweight white blouse with tiny black dots all over has a small v at the neckline, sleeves gathered at shoulder and with tiny pleats, giving them the cutest silhouette. I bought this to wear under a black blazer but it ended up being too small. It’s in brand new without tags condition—never worn.
