Beautiful wood and rocks boho cute necklace

I had bought this neclace in a little exposition outside on a beautiful summer day and fell in love with it. I wore it many many Times with summer dressés and especially maxi dresses .Such beautiful colors . I can't guarantee exactly if it's real wood or what the little rocks are ,but all I know is that it's super pretty and that I only Wear my gramdmother's chain now so would be nice if it was worn by someone !
