A lovely, flowy skirt with good weight. It's mid calf length, with a wide elastic waist (that does not look like elastic). Very comfortable and the natural fibres wear well. Waist is 16" across and band is 2" wide. It's roughly 29" from top of waistband to bottom. A shorter slip is inside for lining. Made in China, feels like North American made.

beadequity @kimpalmer33 so the waist is 16" with the skirt laying flat. Has good stretch to about 23". I added more pics and details but as you mentioned the pics are not the best. My apologies.
