Beauty and the Beast Skirt

Beauty and the Beast themed skirt, inspired by the Live Action film! Purchased at Target in Florida. The pictures truly don’t do this skirt justice! It is a gorgeous tutu style skirt with a metallic threaded gold waistband. The tulle on the top of the skirt is sheer with a beautiful red rose print all over (inspired by the Enchanted Rose from the movie!)
