Bebe Bandage Crop Top w/ Cut Out

Bandage fabric is famous for the quality and longevity. I’ve worn this top a few times but it looks and feels like it’s never been worn. This top is a size medium but runs small so it fits a size XS-S (it’s very stretchy!)
