Bebe Black Sheer Ruffle Dress with Open Back

Stylish black dress with sheer fabric and ruffle accents. Ideal for elegant events. I only wore it once but the hip area was a bit tight for me. While taking photos, I noticed two small stretched spots on the sheer fabric (sides of the dress) and the side seams also got stretched a bit. See photos for reference. Price reduced accordingly. Otherwise, in excellent condition.
