@fairweatherbay hey friend - so glad you love the dress - we’re actually in quarantine atm since we just got back from Europe so my mom is doing all of my orders - I sent her a message asking the waist so as soon as she gets back to me I’ll let you know - as for the belt - you actually cannot take it out - it’s more just a statement to cinch the dress - like a tie at the front - hope that helps 🥰🥰
